The Wigmore, part of The Langham hotel, is no ordinary pub, with a highly rated food menu overseen by Michel Roux Jr. The cosy and quirky interior is an upscale reimagining of the traditional British pub, with emerald green walls, high ceilings and red leather seats. You can expect a great range of beers and an innovative take on classic pub snacks, such as masala-spiced Scotch quail’s eggs swimming in dhal, enormous cheese toasties and crumpets topped with crab meat. Despite the swanky surroundings and the tables bustling with BBC execs enjoying a long lunch, the pub is very welcoming to parents with babies. Highchairs are available, and there are unisex baby changing facilities.
